pk22 Terms & Conditions – Platform User Agreement

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk22 ("pk22", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the pk22 website accessible at pk22.win and all associated services, products, games, betting markets and content made available through it.

By completing registration, accessing your pk22 account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register, deposit or use any pk22 service. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the pk22 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and pk22.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The following eligibility conditions must be satisfied for you to register and use pk22. pk22 reserves the right to verify compliance with these conditions at any time and to request supporting documentation without prior notice.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk22 operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit access by minors under any circumstances. Age verification documentation may be requested prior to processing any withdrawal.
• You must be acting as an individual, on your own behalf, and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party.
• You must not be accessing pk22 from a jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole personal responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your specific province or locality within Pakistan before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of any employee of pk22 or any of its affiliated game suppliers or payment processing partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from pk22 or have had an account closed by pk22 for breach of these Terms.

pk22 employs age and identity verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. Providing false age or identity information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration

Each player may register one (1) account only. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms. pk22 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any wagers or bonuses attributed to them.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Notify pk22 of any changes through the account settings panel or via live chat support.

3.2 Account Security

Your pk22 account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any third party. pk22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact pk22 support immediately and change your password without delay.

3.3 KYC Verification

pk22 may require you to submit identity verification documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence; proof of residential address; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by pk22 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your pk22 account must be made through payment methods accepted by the Platform, currently including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. All account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk22 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa credit to your pk22 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits are processed same-day during standard banking hours.
• pk22 does not accept deposits from third parties. You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and the depositing account may be flagged for review.
• pk22 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals where a deposit method has not been previously verified.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available pk22 balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. pk22 reserves the right to route withdrawals via an alternative method where necessary.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for verified accounts. Black Diamond VIP members receive priority instant settlement.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum for verified accounts, though requests above certain thresholds may require additional documentation.
• pk22 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of anti-money laundering checks. This will not exceed five (5) business days in standard circumstances.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements of the specific promotion under which the bonus was awarded. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk22 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all pk22 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• pk22 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from an account that it reasonably believes has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, through abuse of promotional mechanics, or through any form of bonus exploitation.
• Bonuses not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.
• pk22 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
• Employees and their close family members are not eligible to participate in player promotions.

7. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pk22, including cricket betting on PSL, international T20, ODI and Test matches, as well as other sports markets including UFC, football and boxing, are subject to the following rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pk22 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") and void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Bets are final once accepted and confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except where an in-play cash-out function is available and active for the specific market.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed or suspended, settlement rules will follow the specific sport rules documented in the pk22 betting rules section within the Platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by market, sport and player tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement.
• pk22 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account at its discretion, including setting individual maximum stake limits, without being required to provide a reason.

8. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available through pk22 Casino — including live dealer tables, RNG table games and slots — are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and others. Each game is governed by its own in-game rules, which take precedence in the event of any conflict with these general Terms in matters specific to game mechanics.

• All slot games operate using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or slot game — including disconnection, server error or software fault — pk22 will endeavour to determine the outcome of the affected round using available game logs and apply the result accordingly. Where a round cannot be determined, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.
• pk22 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game before placing a bet. It is the player's responsibility to read the in-game help documentation before wagering real money.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk22 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with pk22 games or betting markets.
• Exploiting errors, loopholes or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, games or payment systems.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes, or collusion in live casino games.
• Using pk22 in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Engaging in "bonus hunting" — the systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts or through coordinated play designed to generate withdrawal profit without genuine recreational gaming intent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code from any pk22 software or game.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

pk22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring or is likely to occur. In such circumstances, pk22 may also withhold funds pending investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pk22 support via live chat. Prior to closure, any available balance (net of unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method subject to standard KYC requirements being satisfied.

Players who wish to permanently self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should follow the process described in the Responsible Gaming policy. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration selected and pk22 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new accounts by a self-excluded player.

11. Responsible Gaming

pk22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to maintain control of their gambling activity. Players are encouraged to use the following tools, available at no charge within account settings: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and voluntary self-exclusion. Any player who believes they may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties is encouraged to activate self-exclusion immediately and seek professional support. pk22 cooperates with responsible gaming organisations and may refer players to appropriate resources where warranted.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk22 platform — including but not limited to the pk22 name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces and written content — is the intellectual property of pk22 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit or create derivative works from any pk22 content without prior written authorisation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, pk22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if pk22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk22's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pk22 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk22 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. pk22 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as promptly as practicable following any disruption.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory standards and the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk22 operates its gaming licence. Any dispute arising between you and pk22 shall in the first instance be submitted to pk22's customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution process of the applicable licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk22 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent any prohibited conduct described in Section 9 of these Terms.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pk22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.

The most recent version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into effect.
